HOME WORKOUT
It is essential and always recommended to work out for our good health. There are several benefits of working out or rather exercising.
- Good Physique
- Stamina
- Confidence
- Better Immunity
- Exuberance
... These are the benefits which one can get after exercising regularly with proper diet.
Problem occurs when we do not get proper motivation to start a workout. The main reason is the LAZINESS that we have in the morning.
We tend to avoid to go to Gym due to laziness and this is why we waste our money and time gaining almost nothing.
Here is a solution to that.
Home workout is a great way one can stay fit and enjoy all the benefits listed above. With very limited and / or no equipment, one can workout at home.
This would also save time and money that one spends on the gyms which they do not utilise to its fullest.
All one needs to do is push yourself and wake up for some sweaty mornings to come which will make you look sexy and gain you confidence to showcase yourself in front of the world.
Note : Make sure you workout in the mornings because it is the best time to workout for an active and energetic day.
Thank You

YOGA
" Yoga " , derived from Sanskrit word " Yuj " , means the union of individual consciousness or soul with the Universal consciousness. It is 5000 years old Indian Body of Knowledge. Though many think that it is just some form of physical exercise which includes twist, stretching, and breathing in different ways and most complex ways, but the very few of its practitioners know that it is the Way of Living the Life on a spiritual, dedicated, focused, and enthusiastic path.
Gyan Yoga - Philosophy
Bhakti Yoga - Path of Devotional Bliss
Karma Yoga - Path of Blissful Action
Raja Yoga - Mind Control
Raja Yoga is further divided into eight parts which further includes various approaches of balancing and unifying, which includes the practice of various asanas.
Point Being ; it doesn't matter which form one chooses to workout everyday. But it is necessary that whichever form you perform while working out, do it with total focus and dedication. And do spend at least an hour to exercise everyday.

Old School
“Old School”
Boy! You think growing up makes you
Cool,
But that IDEA is Damn very Fool,
I Think there’s nothing like an OLD
SCHOOL.
From Stone age, to the Old age,
From modern to savage,
But the days that we loved were that
of Vintage.
In childhood we built castles of
clay,
From Dawn to Dusk together we play,
But life goes on, there’s no other
way.
I remember the days when we played in
sand,
No fixed ground, and no fixed land,
Why we grow up so big very soon,
Miss those days when we looked at the
moon,
And of course, watching daily
cartoons.
Misbehaved! And Mom gave a slap,
Long night’s sleep, and long day’s
nap,
Just like an OLD SCHOOL,
With funky cloths and a cap.
Left those days and moments behind,
Want ‘em back and rewind,
Want those days to be seize,
Just like water in cold weather, gets
freeze.
A B C D we learned that day,
Friendships which lasted, no longer
than a day,
But I want to talk about it when that
friend is by my side,
From SHORTS to JEANS we walked side
by side,
But now we’re up for our LAST RIDE.
For those moments with my friends,
I’m cheerful, joyful and thankful,
AND YEAH!
There’s nothing like an OLD SCHOOL.

Stem cells hold cure for deadly skin diseases.
London : For those who suffer from skin blisters or have chances of developing skin tumours, there is cure in the offing – in stem cell-based gene therapy, says IANS.
Until today, no treatment was available for people with genetic skin disorder known as epidermolysis bullosa (EB), but gene therapy may have an answer to their problem.
Researchers at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy, after evaluating a patient suffering from EB who underwent gene therapy treatment, found that skin stem cells transplanted into the patient’s legs restored normal skin function, without causing any side-effects.
“These findings pave the way for the future safe use of epidermal stem cells for combined cell and gene therapy of epidermolysis bullosa and other genetic skin diseases,” Michele De Luca, senior study author, said.
The team extracted a small number of skin stem cells from the patient’s palm, corrected the genetic defect in these cells and then transplanted these into the upper legs. The patient’s upper legs looked normal and did not show signs of blisters and there was no evidence of tumour development.
“This finding suggests that adult stem cells primarily regenerate the tissue in which they normally reside, with little plasticity to regenerate other tissues. This research highlights the need to carefully choose the right type of stem cell for therapeutic tissue regeneration,” the study, published in the journal Stem Cell Reports, emphasised.
EB is a painful condition that causes the skin to be very fragile and to blister easily, and it can also cause life-threatening infections. Because there is no cure for the disease, current treatment strategies focus on relieving symptoms.

Can We Store Electricity From Lightening ?
On the surface, lightning seems to have a lot of potential as an energy source. It is totally renewable, which is a definite advantage, and it is readily available in some regions of the world. Furthermore, lightning has a lot of energy; a single bolt can power 150 million light bulbs. The idea of harnessing so much energy and storing it is immensely appealing.
There are a number of problems with trying to harness the tremendous energy of lightning bolts. The first is that lightning is highly unpredictable. There is no way to know exactly where and when lightning will strike, so it would be difficult to find a location to turn into a facility for processing lightning for energy. Lightning also delivers its energy all at once, which would require huge batteries and capacitors. Otherwise, the energy would simply blow out any systems established to capture it.
